As Director of Risk Management and Performance Improvement, Camille ensures the facility upholds a safe environment for the protection of patients, employees, and visitors to the facility in such a manner as to comply with laws, regulations, and the standards of the accrediting and approval agencies. Camille discovered her love for the inpatient psychiatric field following 3 years of being a Behavioral Health Associate. After graduating from college, she began her career in 2021 at Vermilion Behavioral as the Risk Assistant and Patient Advocate, and has since worked her way up to Risk Manager and finally, Director of Risk Management and Performance Improvement. Camille takes pride in working cohesively with the team to ensure all patients seeking treatment at Vermilion Behavioral feel safe and receive the maximum benefits of therapeutic care.
